The Role
We are seeking a Social & Performance Marketing Manager to lead and integrate our social media, paid advertising, and data analytics strategies. This role is ideal for a creative yet analytical professional who can deliver engaging campaigns, drive growth across digital platforms, and use performance data to inform decisions that generate commercial results.
You will be responsible for the entire digital customer journey, from community engagement and content creation to retargeting and conversion. Reporting to the Head of Digital and working closely with our CEO, you will play a key role in amplifying the Chelsea Truck Company’s digital presence and commercial impact across both brand and personal channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Performance Growth
- Develop and execute integrated strategies across social media and paid platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Use audience insights, platform data, and competitor research to identify high-performing content types, campaign ideas, and targeting opportunities.
- Plan and manage retargeting and funnel-based advertising campaigns to improve conversions and return on investment.
Social Media & Community Management
- Lead growth and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X using consistent, data-informed content.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to build strong communities and deepen brand loyalty.
- Monitor and manage brand sentiment across all platforms, ensuring timely and meaningful interaction.
Content Planning & Campaign Execution
- Build and maintain a performance-led content calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and storytelling themes.
- Collaborate with internal and external creatives (photographers, videographers, designers) to produce compelling content that reflects our brand vision.
- Develop and optimise content for the CEO’s personal channels to enhance thought leadership and visibility.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
- Track and report on key performance indicators, including ROI, engagement, conversions, traffic and sales, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously optimise content and advertising performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and platform-specific tactics.
- Align paid and organic efforts with SEO and the overall digital strategy to deliver unified growth campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in both social media strategy and performance marketing, ideally within premium, lifestyle or automotive brands.
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and social media analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of content performance, campaign funnels, attribution, and conversion optimisation.
- A creative mind combined with analytical thinking – you’re just as comfortable producing content as you are interpreting results.
- Experience managing influencer partnerships and growing online communities.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
- Passion for luxury, design, automotive culture, and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communications, or a related field (required); Master’s degree preferred.
