Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Hendel & Hendel, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced. From digital campaigns to printed materials, you’ll create thoughtful, elevated visuals that reflect the craftsmanship, design integrity, and attention to detail behind every collection. This role is perfect for a designer who combines a refined eye for aesthetics with an appreciation for storytelling and materiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Design assets for digital channels including website, email newsletters, paid ads, and social media.
  • Create and prepare print materials such as brochures, lookbooks, packaging, and point-of-sale collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver visual content that reflects the brand’s strategy and design ethos.
  • Work with photographer/s to curate and edit imagery that captures the quality and detail of our hardware collections.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring technical accuracy and a quality outcome.
  • Support the creation of visuals for exhibitions, studio displays, and photoshoots.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the interiors, design, or luxury lifestyle sector.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
  • Excellent layout, typography, and image-editing skills
  • Understanding of print production processes and digital design best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship and materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with the confidence to present and evolve creative ideas.

Desirable

  • Experience in product or interior photography, video editing, or 3D rendering.
  • Knowledge of email design (Klaviyo) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento).
  • Familiarity with luxury heritage, or design-led brand marketing.
